I've had a lot of people do various services at my house and I can say that Adam and Chuck are the best I've ever experienced. Thank you for a job well done. I am pleased with your duct cleaning system which did a thorough job of ridding the system of plaster and ordinary dust. Upon moving into this new structure, I had a duct cleaning service done but apparently it was inadequate for removing all the plaster dust.

Your men, Adam and Brian, are excellent workers and knowledgeable about the process. They worked efficiently and neatly. I appreciated how they buffered the walls where the hose would butt up against them and of course the carpet protection. They were friendly and polite and followed the procedure as stated.

Wanted to drop a line as soon as your techs were done cleaning my home's ductwork this Saturday. David and Chuck were prompt, laid out their plan of procedures for me and even moved some furniture that I couldn’t move as I’ve recently had shoulder surgery. They even protected the corners of the drywall from the suction line by using tarps. While watching David work I could tell he was really into his job and wanted to leave my HVAC's ductwork in the best shape possible. I'm usually quite skeptical about such home-type services but observing their procedures and seeing the right equipment available for them to use in addition to actually hearing what was going up and out the suction hose confirmed my belief that it was time (past time according to my wife) to have you guys come out and work in our home. I'll definitely refer your company.

On Monday after the cleaning I installed my new 95% furnace and A/C coil and could practically eat off the ducts. Although you have so many and mine would most likely be a needle in a haystack, but still...here it is!

I attended a seminar conducted by your father in 2004 and was so impressed by the professionalism, integrity, technical ability and example of what the industry standard should be with duct cleaning I began to refer my clients, friends and family to your company. When my husband turned 60 (ten years ago), he was diagnosed with chronic bronchitis. Then we decided to have our air ducts cleaned after living in this house for 25 years. His coughing and sneezing amazingly cleared up. We feel he was misdiagnosed.

I had my air ducts cleaned on September 16, 2008. I just wanted to send a message and let you know how pleased I was with your service. Mike and Cory were our technicians, and they were so courteous and helpful. They let me know exactly what they were going to do and gave me updates on how the job was progressing. They were even patient with my curious four-year-old son and let him "help" tape one of the vents, which he was thrilled to do! They instructed me on the size and installation of my furnace filters, and even let me know of a potential issue with one of my furnace fans.

I have referred and will contue to refer DuctPro to my friends. Thanks again for the great customer service, and a special thank-you to Cory and Mike.

On June 20, 2008, we had the ductwork in our home cleaned by DuctPro. The following week a message was left on our answering machine by your office, inquiring if the job was done to our satisfaction and asking if we had any questions. I am sorry we were out of town at that time and unable to respond.

We requested a time after 12 noon and Jason came about 12:30 PM, which was very good for us. He started to work immediately and did not "diddle daddle." He was very courteous, very efficient and a hard worker. We were very pleased with Jason and the work he did.

On November 2nd, your office scheduled our home for duct cleaning. Having never had the experience previously we had only the slightest notion of what to expect. Not unlike most homeowners, we have been solicited by firms purporting to provide complete duct cleaning service at price points substantially below the price quoted by your office. However, coming from a long-held conviction of caveat emptor, the issues raised by our call to your office convinced us that we should move forward with DuctPro.

The purpose of this letter is to let you know how very satisfied we are with the job done by your technician David Marra. What an ambassador he is for your firm! From the moment your truck arrived in our driveway it was obvious what separates DuctPro from the competition.
